St. Louis- Part 3 "Children's Museum"

The next morning we spent at The St. Louis Magic House Children's Museum and had a blast.  I don't think we even saw it all but we had to get back to the hotel for lunch and naps.  I am not going to caption all the pictures because they are self explanatory.

St. Louis-Part 2 "The Zoo"

We took advantage of being in St. Louis and spent a morning at the zoo.  It was really neat but a little too hot for a great time.

I will say it was amazing to see the hippos and made the heat worth it.

St. Louis-Part 1 "Getting There"

Anyone who knows me knows I don't travel with my children.  I find it to be more trouble than fun  up to this point so I just try not to do it.  However, Matt has a really big family (3 aunts, 15 cousin) and I really enjoy his aunts and cousins.  So if they are all going to be together we try to make it.  One of his cousins got married in St. Louis at the end of May and we decided to go since it is a direct flight on SW.  His parents flew in the night before and flew with us to help out with the kids.
The wort part of flying with kids is all the killing time you have to do.  We tried to make it go by quickly.

Darby had never flown to her recollection so she was super excited.  As we were taxiing to take off she looked at me and said, "Mama, are you sure this is okay?"
Georgia is easy and could color for ever so the hour flight was no big deal for her.
I guess I should mention that Mera did great as well.  She sat in my lap and wasn't bothered by any of it.
