I Blame Friday Night Lights and Baseball

I have recently gotten sucked into watching back episodes of Friday Night Lights with my husband. It is awesome and I can't seem to break away to update the blog. Then there is the fantasy baseball draft my husband has been getting ready for. He leaves for Joplin tomorrow and will be gone til Sunday drafting the best baseball team in the tri-city history. So here is a quick run down in chronological order (I hope).

We are already getting a lot of use out of our sand box so far this year.
Toddle toddle...

Some quality time with some frozen blueberries.

We brought the school guinea pig, Oreo, home with us for spring break and had lots of fun with him. I think Darby & Milo loved him the most.

Nanue, I have gotten your son to enjoy hard-boiled eggs.

Speaking of Nanue, she came to visit for a few days and brought cousin Caroline with her. The girls had so much fun together. Even though Caroline is 3-years older, they played so well together.
Wrestling with Nanue.

Tubby time with the 3 girls.

Vivian came to visit and loved on Oreo as well.

Darby and her Daddy having an oatmeal cookie. In the second picture she is giving her sign for "more."

It is time for worm hunting again and Georgia is into it. She does call worms snakes. The other day I left her alone with a worm for a few minutes and she came and found me and said "Momma, I break him." So that might have been the end of that worm.

Pouting because Darby is on her toy and Momma won't let her shove her off.

And victorious over Darby.

A rare shot of D with her Grandmomma.

And last but not least today was my 32nd birthday. I made a horrible cake but had a great day with my girls and am so thankful for all that I have.

She's A Climber

Darby loves to get in her little red chair and stand up. I don't much like it but she could do worse. She takes her doll with her as she gets up there and and then chews on the doll.

And then she falls out.

All Grown Up

She walked (or ran)over to grandmama's house all by herself for the first time last weekend. There she goes.

The Way it Should Be

I love spring and summer because my kids get to really get down and dirty and be kids. This is hopefully just a sample of what's to come.

Almost 11-months Comparison

Bubble Heads

Art at Gilcrease

My baby loves to water color. We got a charter membership to Gilcrease Museum and they have an awesome little art room for the kids so I took G there a couple of weekends ago and hardly got her away from the paints before the joint closed.

Messy Art Night

This one is from messy art night last year.

And this one is from 2 years ago. Darby stayed home with Daddy this year so she missed her first messy art night.
